It's Sebastian's True form in the newest chapter of Kuroshitsuji!
...just kidding. It's my interpretation of what Sebastian would look like in his true form by looking at all the hints (which isn't many) Yana Toboso left in the manga and novel.

Well, Adramelech is a Final Fantasy character and I don't think he is apart of demonology. I think in the anime, Ciel summoned Malphas, as represented by the crow. However, in the manga, Sebastian is not represented by any specific animal. He seems to be able to change his form anime will. We see him take the shape of a goat, snake, Crow and other various animals. I think in the anime, Sebastian is Mephistopheles (Or at least inspired by him) simply because their symbols bear an uncanny resemblence.

Also, their stories are very similar. The book in which Mephistopheles hails from is called 'The Faust' and is about a cynical man (Dr. Faustus) who summons a demon with a rather pessimistic outlook on life. Mephistopheles brings Dr. Faustus wealth and power beyond comprehension. Also, in the anime, their contracts are called 'Faustian Contracts'.
